Valla Sports specializes in custom-designed team sportswear. All products are made to order and tailored specifically to each team or organization.
Because all products are custom-made, they are not off-the-shelf items and are produced only after design approval and payment confirmation.

Payments & Deposits

A deposit is required before production begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

The remaining balance is due once production has been completed and the order has shipped.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may delay delivery or result in additional administrative action.
Order Approval, Changes & Cancellations

Deposit payment has been received.

Once an order enters production:

The order cannot be cancelled

The design cannot be changed

If an order is cancelled after production has started, the deposit will be forfeited.

Design changes are permitted only prior to final design approval. Additional changes may affect pricing and timelines.

Delivery dates provided by Valla Sports are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Returns, Refunds & Defects

In the event of defects or damage:

Issues must be reported within 7 business days of receipt

Reports must include clear photographic evidence

Quality Control
All orders undergo quality control inspection prior to shipment. Valla Sports is not responsible for issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
Intellectual Property & Design Usage

Limitation of Liability
