Production & Order Processing
All Valla products are custom-designed and made to order.

Production begins once the final design is approved and the required deposit is received.

Typical production time is 3–5 weeks from design approval and deposit payment.

Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
Because all items are custom-made, production timelines cannot be expedited unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Control, Damage & Defects
All orders undergo quality control inspection prior to shipment.
