Production & Order Processing
 

All Valla products are custom-designed and made to order.

  • Production begins once the final design is approved and the required deposit is received.

  • Typical production time is 3–5 weeks from design approval and deposit payment.

  • Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.

Because all items are custom-made, production timelines cannot be expedited unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
 

Shipping Locations
 

  • We ship within Canada as standard.

  • International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis.


Please contact us prior to ordering if your team is located outside Canada.
 

Shipping Method & Carriers
 

  • Valla selects the most cost-effective shipping option for each order.

  • Carriers may include national or international courier services depending on destination and shipment size.

  • Shipping method selection is at Valla’s discretion and is based on efficiency, reliability, and cost.
     

Shipping Costs
 

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 5% of the total order value.

  • This fee covers:

    • Shipping costs

    • Duties

    • Taxes

    • Customs-related charges (where applicable)

No additional shipping, duties, or tax charges will be billed unless explicitly communicated in advance.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by:

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy
 

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

  • Valla is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Any reshipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
     

Quality Control, Damage & Defects
 

All orders undergo quality control inspection prior to shipment.

If your order arrives with damage or defects:
 

  • Issues must be reported within 7 business days of receipt

  • Reports must include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without supporting documentation may not be eligible for review.

Valla will assess reported issues and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
