A SIMPLE, COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
Designing your team’s kit should be exciting, not complicated. Our process is designed to be quick, straightforward, and fully collaborative.
From the moment you submit your project, you’ll work directly with a real Valla designer who will guide you through every step. Together, you’ll develop and refine your kit until the design perfectly represents your club.
No templates. No automated generators. Just a simple process and a dedicated designer helping bring your vision to life — from the ground up.
1. START YOUR PROJECT
Timeline: ~5 Minutes
Getting started is simple. Head to our “Start Your Project” page and complete the short intake form. This helps us learn more about your club, your colours, and the direction you'd like your kit to take.
You can also upload any important files such as club crests, sponsor logos, or inspiration images.
The more detail you provide, the easier it is for our designers to bring your vision to life — but even a few basics is enough for us to get started.
Once your form is submitted, a member of our design team will reach out directly by email with preliminary ideas and the next steps in the design process.
From there, we begin creating your kit - From the Ground Up.
2. COLLABORATE & DESIGN
Timeline: 5 – 10 Business Days
Once we receive your submission, our design team begins researching your club and developing the first set of concepts based on your colours, identity, and ideas.
Within a few business days, we’ll send over your first design concepts for review. From there, we work closely with you to refine the details and shape the final look of your kit.
Love one of the designs right away? Perfect. Want to explore other directions or make adjustments? No problem. We’ll continue collaborating with you through multiple design revisions until the kit truly reflects your club’s identity.
Most revisions take 2–3 business days depending on the level of changes requested.
3. PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Timeline: 4–5 Weeks
After the design has been finalized, we’ll have you complete your team order form, including sizes, names, and numbers where applicable.
Once the order form is submitted and payment has been received, your kits enter full production.
When manufacturing is complete, every order goes through a dedicated quality control process where our team reviews the kits to ensure the design, colours, and details match the approved specifications before the shipment is approved.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Timeline: 4–7 Business Days
Once your kits have passed our quality control process, your order is packed and shipped from our Vancouver, BC warehouse.
Shipping is calculated at 5% of the order value, capped at $150, regardless of order size.
Delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Your design files are also kept on record, making it easy to reorder additional kits for new players or future seasons.
